new rules could be coming?

These are two questions that I addressed in my previous blog I would answer in my research.
In beginning to answer my questions, the first question I'd like to answer is "When were the rules put in place?" Many of the new rules are recently created even as recently as this year according to a
source. These rules enforce main topics of conversation around the league protecting players from head injuries and what not. The 2013 rule changes have greatly affected the NFL and will continue to change the face of the NFL. Another question I'd like to answer in addition to the previous one mostly due to the relevance to the latter. "When are more rules coming?" This can be answered with a distinct 'very soon' as the NFL may look to evolve even more going into the
2014 season.
